We cater to our customers’ particular needs for custom cuts and order sizes

We are one of the largest fresh cut vegetable processors and vegetable purveyors in the state. We cater to our customers’ needs such as custom cut vegetables and on time deliveries. We fulfill any size order – from 5 lbs. to 50,000 lbs. or more.

We custom cut and process vegetables for sale to consumers packaged and available at stores. Our food service clientele includes hospitals, schools, restaurants, local grocery stores and prepared-food manufacturers. 

For our 500 customers in the United States and Canada, we deliver more than 200 different vegetable products under our Vita Pac packaging label.  We service a market within a 100-mile radius from our Detroit processing center.  We have capacity to process broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, celery, coleslaw, green pepper, lettuce, mushrooms, onions, potatoes, radishes, tomatoes, and zucchini.
