FRESH HASH BROWNS
|
INGREDIENTS: 4 oz. shredded hash browns 3 butter chips
Procedure: 1) Pre-heat right hand side of dinner grill 400 degrees. 2) Place 2 butter chips on grill. Place 4 oz. hash browns on top of butter. 3) Spread hash browns out evenly. 4) Break 1 butter chip in half and place the two pieces on tip of the hash browns. 5) Do not "work" the hash browns. Allow them to cook to a crisp, golden brown. Turn them over and allow them to finish cooking for one minute. 6) When the underside of the hash browns becomes crisp and golden brown, turn them over and allow them to finish cooking for one minute. 7) Remove hash browns from grill and place them on the appropriate plate. |
